No, there’s no cost to attend. We’re happy to be your host and know this will be a worthwhile event.

A variety of inclusive meals catering to different diets will be available throughout the day. More details to be added soon.
Quartier Papier is located adjacent to the Brussels Ring, with easy access to the E40 and E19 highways. A generously sized parking area in front of the building provides free parking for approximately 95 cars. Additional parking will be provided in the neighbourhood, bringing you to the venue by shuttle service.
For those arriving by public transport, there is a bus stop 150m away (Zaventem Hoekplein) serving bus lines 222, 272, and 538. The Zaventem train station is located 800m away.
